From various sourdoughs, including white, fruit and nut, fig and walnut, caraway rye, pure rye, and lunch-sized sweet treats such as fruit buns, cultured butter cookies, German Apple Cake and the famous Basler Leckerli Swiss biscuits; your taste buds will be in overdrive! All beautifully crafted by in-house recipes using slow fermentation to enhance the taste of the end product, all of which are all included as part of the sale & goodwill of the business.
The large display cabinets are full with a great selection of savory bread combinations, not to mention a tantalising range the much loved buns and biscuits. The walls are lined with rustic racks stocking the most amazing selection of gourmet breads & loafs and there is also a small selection of pantry items for sale including Reverence coffee beans, Mörk hot chocolate, Chamelia loose-leaf tea, chai, jams, marmalades, lemon curd, honey, peanut butter and eggs.
